Well, I must be nuts, but this thing sure is fun and gives me a diversion from all my other projects 
.
Had to fill all the seams in on several glue together assemblies like the boiler & firebox as well as the smoke stack. Yes, I used body filler and primer. After painting the boiler & firbox I detailed the rear area where the cab goes, and even use a little BMF.
There must be a "Ka-jillion" pieces in this kit called "The General", so to say it'll take awhile is an understatement. Sometimes we just need a bigger and better challange, or is it just to prove to the world how really crazy I am 
????.
Anyhow, here's a few starter pics if anyone cares. I'm not sure I would.
